Are You Failing on a Vegan Diet?

Vitamin A is an essential nutrient. It's important for your eyesight and other things as well. People normally can convert pro vitamin A beta carotene to vitamin A when they eat enough kale which is not orange but it has a lot of pro vitamin A. When people ask for a multivitamin four vegans I would always suggest that there is at least a little bit of vitamin A because it will help some people who maybe are not converting it. There might be some people who are at higher risk because they have a genetic predisposition where they can really hardly convert it in case this holds true for some people just supplement it.
