You do forget to eat every once in a while because we're in the plane doing stuff especially when we fight across our ocean. Snacky type foods, like nuts beef jerky beef jerky, uh sardines if you have acting I don't know if that would work on a plan enough If you're flying by yourself or someone else If that would get some off but you know stuff like that might be kind of a good idea. Even drinking water, um staying hydrated to have to even get up and go to the bathroom Um, just keeps me in the game and in the zone a little more than if I forget to eat or something stressful happens.
