The 10th in a Row Rake in Real Estate

I think we have 53 million under contract right now. All stabilized in the, I say, cap rate. What I mean is unlevered yield on cost because that's the only thing that really matters to me. And so there's certainly going to be some pain in some areas. But it's just not happening yet.
