How to Be More Consciously Present When Anger Is Happening
The first step to releasing anger is naming it. If I say I am experiencing anger, I'm having the me over here is having the experience of anger. That's much more empowering than if I am to say I am angry. It's really important not to look at any behavior here on a moral scale. We're looking at it as human part of our humanity. The work to not explode in those heightened or angry moments is done outside of the moment which we talk about often.
