From january through june, i condense all my meals to one meal a day in a two hour window between six and eight o'clock at night. I aim to not eat for an hour or two or three, sometimes after i wake up. And i try my best not to eat for two to three hours before i go to sleep. But then id watch my wife eat dinner proba strangler. It's much easier to delay the first meal of the day in general.
