How to Make the Most of Your Training

Average intensity will always stay the same. The number of lifts will have a little bit of ups and downs based off of whether it's a prep cycle or a comp cycle, but there will always be within this given range. And then now to go each day, so you're going to have high stress weeks, you'll have high stress months also, but high stress weeks and lower stress, medium stress, whatever. This is all based off of number of lifts. So your higher stress training days are going to be the ones that actually like drive adaptations. The medium ones will be to maintain it.
