Nasal Breathing
Nasal breathing is beneficial at low intensities as where i meant to start first, especially in a higher performing athlete. I think what you said is correct, that i don't necessarily ma want to throttle their performance right away but if i can get some easy winds, like walking around on possibly sleep, other things like that, making sur nutritions on point and all these other things. And then once that kind of, it becomes intuitive and second nature, we could make yo play around a little more with this.
