"We tend as a society to value o something different, which is this over confidence," he says. "Not knowing what to do, or being uncertain about it can often confront your view and make you feel like you'll lose respect from the people around you." Nee'd does a lot of work for his clients but doesn't want to be that person who's always saying 'i'm not wrong' He also thinks there isn't time to waffle when talking to 100 million people.
