Breathing Technique

Breathing is tantamount too calming yourself down health. When i get into doing specific breath work, it can really get me focused and clear the mind some curious, talk more about if you've used that as a tool to focus. I am horrible at any type of breathing technique. And what's ironic is, whenever they're like, oqet, even if i'm in aoga class, nearly take a deep breath, fill up your belly and let it go,. It instantly makes me feel like a little overwhelmed.
