Lifting to Failure Is Not the Best Use of Your Time

Lifting to failure in that context is different than lifting to failure if you're like all right I want to see what like my three rep max is in the squat. It's a completely different ballgame and it's like it can be so again not only is it isn't the best use of your time and it can potentially get you hurt but even people who do this for a living don't do that they train with weights the same way you train when you're doing eight hundred meter repeats.
