Listing things that you love about your life or yourself is a way of opening up new thoughts and conversation. Our brain tends to seek out threat it's kind of a survival mechanism so it looks for negativity which people don't think about in that way. Instead of our brain seeking out threat and negativity it'll start looking for and seeking out positive things.
