If something does seem to be net beneficial But you know, it doesn't like the actual magnitude of the effect seems to be quite small Then it's just a question of of how much is that worth it to you? Like I think this comes up in discussions of supplements pretty frequently. And if you do find yourself going down that road on a lot of different topics pretty frequently, I I would just implore you to Take a step back and ask yourself How much is this actually going to affect me and is is the cost worth the anticipated benefit? You'll wind up being on the hook for doing all sorts of shit that may be beneficial, but probably only has a relatively small benefit.
