"I really love comedy. I always have like, you know, went all the way through the Groundling School in LA, well navigating grief," she says. Death is an ever-present part of life, and it comes for us all. In some way, we will experience grief and loss -- it may come from the loss of a parent, child, sibling, friend, etc. Today, I am joined by Addison Brasil. Addison is the author of First Year of Grief Club: A Gift From A Friend Who Gets It, and the former producer and co-founder of the world's first peer men's mental health app, tethr.

In this episode, Addison shares his journey to process through grief after he lost his brother to cancer, found his father after he committed suicide, and survived a fatal accident that killed a dear friend and left Addison relearning how to walk.
