The Biochemical Pathway of Esters
There's a very similar pathway that we've talked about or that think a lot of brewers are familiar with that's esters. In most yeast they would just carry it through to ergo storrol or different sterols but in this case they're branching off that pathway and creating new molecules. There are certain conditions that might really turn up the production of those esters.
