How to Get Better Sleep

i like my day to be very, very flexible. I don't always get to bed the exact same time. A could be doing something with my daught or my wife or his son. So i have to be a little flexible with some of that. But i still have these things that i implement that assist me to go to sleep and that assist me with getting better sleep. And that gets me falking, going, ah. I've done it once at night, and i kind of, i got bad p that night. I typically just cold plunge in the morning when i get up. It doesn't always work great. Like it.
