CCS - Is There a Comment Period?
The proposals came out on December 14th. There's a 90-day comment period whenever they put out rules out, there's a comment period. So that means for those not in the industry, anybody can publicly submit a comment letter on any of these proposals. And then what happens if the SEC close it at that point? Well, at then, it's kind of up to the commission.
