Olympic Weight Lifting Shoes

There's no olympic lifting shoe that's a whi tobox shoe has of yet. I would have some one do as much out of their weight lifting shoes as possible. Warm up for your first one to three sets barefoot, just so you can enhance your stability. Put your weight lifting shoes on when it's time for kneading that weight raised heel performance. The deeper you can squat with more upright chest, theoretically the more weight you can lift in the snatch in the clean.
