Swedish group looked at a group of patients who were quite sick, 360 of them or so. They found that the CPP opt on average was significantly higher than the brain trauma foundation guidelines. The PRX in general was not lower than zero, so you never really had a negative PRX. So there's a whole bunch of work to be done there in terms of what improves cerebral order regulation.
