Is There Evidence That Mindfulness Can Be Improved With Practice?

The science is still at the moment, you know, there's no concise and definite evidence which indicates exactly what's most helpful. We have a lot of indirect evidence that more practice over the long term leads to more benefits. And so I think we can trust that the more we practice and for over longer periods of time we are benefiting. But this question of like five minutes versus 20 minutes,. That's a really direct assessment of that that's still sort of ongoing.
