The Importance of Proactive Deloads
It's an unbelievably tricky area to research because with something like volume or proximity to failure, a good study design simply holds everything constant except for the variable of interest here. Are we going to have answers in the order of years? Probably not, but I think we'll be able to get additional insights as we go here.
