The Importance of Digital Borders

I think it's interesting because I've been very particular about my digital boundaries, probably a lot more than you. Cause I don't want the digital to become more important than the in real life scenario. But really, this is a little bit different than the on call life because you can have your phone, you can use your phone a lot. But if you're not using it to respond to notifications and email, I think that's really the fine line with the oncall life and really FOMO,. which is the next point here in the outline.
