How to Improve Your Mental Health
Sleep is a massive problem. People are staying up late binge watching Netflix or gaming and then the exacerbating the lack of sleep with circadian disruption from blue light sources. If you're interested in proving your mental health or metabolic health, try to prioritize sleep. Eat just real food, whether it's meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruits, other things. The more you can eat real whole foods, the better. Try to avoid, try to avoid picking up the phone when you're in bed.
