I think there's some differences you know where I am now it would be harder for me to relate to somebody in their 20s just because of life experience right? And so I get it in the standpoint of like people like to be around people who are experiencing and kind of have a similar perspective but I think from a nutrition point of view I just like to remind people that the processes aren't different. You might enjoy a coaching style that's more reflective of the types of exercise that you enjoy and the mentality about a diet approach at different points in your life or even your goals might look different, which is all fine. There's not a secret at 20 that changes for the secret at 50
