How to Remove Friction of Decisions

When I first started generating deal flow, there were CRM's. There was tools, plugins, should I outsource with the VA? And I wanted to remove as many of those decisions as possible. So number one is remove the friction of decisions. The second thing was to standardize the process. Earlier I was on the hallway talking with G-Lits about coaching and how my coaching is very standard. I follow a recipe. So the same students here, the same stories on every single week so they have the same experience. That's a belief system that I had, it's a beliefSystem I still have.
