If research is correct, omega six fatty acids are the real fat you need to be worried about for your health. The quote unquote USDA choice from Safeway or Giant might have seven times as much omega six as grass fed grass finished steak from your local farmers market. You would have to eat twice as much farm salmon to get the same amount of long chain omega six and omega threes as a few decades ago. Pesticides and herbicides can increase your risk of chronic disease and mental health disorders.
