Anxiety is on the rise these days massively all over the world. But I think one of your core messages is that the way we're trying to deal with anxiety is not getting to the root cause. So it's really about how do we find the true underlying cause of anxiety which I believe is this state of alarm in our body from old unresolved trauma. And that's how we fix that at its root cause instead of just dancing around trying to think better. If you think better you will feel better but it's really difficult to think in opposition to how your body feels. It's just a constant uphill battle.
