I didn't really start reading until I was out of college. My workouts are, if you categorize them, they're categorizing three things. One is like more explosive day, high day, medium day, more like bodybuilding day. And then you do more oxidative day, like recovery, cardio. That's pretty much more work. So it all depends. It's pretty simple. I just see me sprinting out there. Still not getting better. But just keep it simple. You've done a lot of stuff from kettlebells to Olympic lifting or power lifting. Beast tamer here! He started training for both Olympics and Paralympic Games in the '90s.
