Service Design

Service design is where a lot of my interests lie these days, especially as you see most companies bring their models into kenof what we would classically call a service industry. Its the idea that behaviours and practices that individuals take together, and as they're related to each other, create an output. And wow, that's so fascinating, that if we can help those people do that better, then the output will be stronger. So i guess i want to cick your brain a bit about service desin.
