Say No to Overspending

i want to try some different things this year. And so i want to say no to over spending. Many of us use spending money as a way of, sort of dealing with, or are not really dealing with uncomfortable feelings, emotions and that sort of thing. I think most of us don't do any of these things intentionally. We just find ourselves doing certain things without really having thought about why we're spending the money,. The alternative is being more conscious of what we're spending and why we're Spending it.
