The Importance of Arousal in Training

Some of the greatest training sessions that I've ever had have been there all by myself, totally alone in complete and total silence with no external stimuli going on. You should be able to execute literally as Dan said, under pressure and on demand, which means not on your schedule. And if you're too much, now I bet in the deadlift, you can have a lot more craziness than you would say in the bench press of the squat. In my world, you need it. Like as a discus thrower, you need to really bring hammer, bring things down.
