How to Deal With Life's Tough Times
Sometimes I just really need to feel connected to you during the day when there's a lot of time apart. So it's helpful if we check in twice during the day. Next thing you can do is just address whatever is not working in your life. Life is tough and we can't be happy all the time, but we do deserve and need to work on the areas of our life that are not working.
