Mike Hughes and Ella Jenkins share three cost-free or low-cost case studies. Ogilvy tried to solve the problem of food waste with a new packaging design. They found that while people did freeze bread, they didn't actually use it in the way intended. The team also trialed their idea on other products including Cornetto ice cream.
