Is There a Difference Between Training and Movement?
The body doesn't differentiate between training and movement. A lot of people fall into accidental reds, in the sense they just don't appreciate how much fuel they need. Now there's no like, set pattern, like it's going to do estion first and then bone health. All those different things are going to pay price to it. So it is a real problem. And i think this is where a lot of people go wrong, cause they just don’t really count y. Like, if it's not on strava, adi has not,. you know, i walked to the swimming pool and did my sassion and i walked backit doesn't ta cout.
