You talk about in the book this idea of how we think we have to be confident before we do big things. And you go on to say that actually, know, when you do these things, that's what makes you confident. Asone of the first things that you started to do or experiment with wher you started to gain confidence or build confidence. So i love that you said build so i've got a line in the book, it's like,  it's like a muscle, you wouldn't go to the gim and want glootse still after doing a couple of squats. I was completely insecure. Well, i didn't know that.
