We just look for people that are real on their socials that use a lot of Instagram stories. My brother in law, he's managing too much right now, but he's running that department. He came from the ad tech world before he's hired groups to deal with the actual influencers and meta ads. So again, be authentic. Tell a story and don't be afraid to pay people. Like this is people's livelihoods.
