Too often, a longer organization, it's not only do you have the acronyms, but you may have very common terms that mean very different things on different departments. So are not only can we define things from an acronym point of view, and in a sense, can we then have the technical definition for it? The next kind of stage for me is to look at pain points like your spouses - if you want to get your spouse read in the face, right? Because you know, I want to do that.
