I think meditation is one of those activities that kind of falls into that easy to procrastinate back. So with exercising, you know you procrastinate perhaps because... Well, it's going to be hard. But so with meditating, with meditation, it's easy. I'm a person where my brain's going a million miles an hour. And so to slow down and to just sit five minutes can feel like five hours.
