How to Train for a Workout

One of my absolute favorites is the bench press and burpee circuit. It's two exercises that people are extremely used to, but when you throw something cardiovascular like burpees in the mix, it is funny how fast the wheels fall off, if you will. I've come to call it the moment during a workout where you realize you bit off more than you can chew, but this is a lot harder than you expected it to be. And that's a teachable moment.
