The systems analysis side of it seems to me, we create class diagrams. I think these days you normally have a technical leader or somebody in the team who would take it to that next level. We see a pattern around wire framing, around prototyping and tools like Fingalewill. Those diagrams you talk about are just the same pattern. It helps you understand the business language itself.
