How Can We Help Get Into a Meditative State?

i like the cold because it forces you into the present moment. Breathwork is becoming more popular recently. You can just go to your phone, you can pull out spotify and type in deep meditation music. i also recommend that people just find activities that force them into the present moments. Ec'ud say all of this really comes down to doing healing work on yourself. How much as possible are we making us feel less frequent when we resonate with different beliefs? We're just trying to shorten that cycle.
