What Are You Tracking?

I think there's lots of different ways we can track. I've personally never strictly counted macros because it would drive me absolutely bonkers. Some people track calories on an app like my fitness pal or lose it. And then also the way that I track with people that I work with is more based on timing and balance it meals.
