How to Get Back in Touch With Your Emotions
When we give ourselves permission to xperiment with feeling more feelings, just labelling our emotions helps lessen the power that anger can have in our lives. In my 12 week break through coaching programme, it's actually a road map that i created to help people like me who were struggling with many of these experiences and not being able to identify tions. We really want to move away from being afraid to feel anything, because our feelings are what makes us human. And we have to learn tol i get back in touch with how we feel.
