kevin: I think we need to see ourselves more as humans, kind of lasses people coming in to work and sorting everything out and then breaking down and going home. i guess it's also good to know that, you know, er, we do have the power to change things. Carrying forward. That's all we have time for to day. So i completely growwith what katy said. We need say yo, othe specialities coming and advising us on how we can change. But no one really tells us that we don't have enough people telling us that the culture needs changing. At the end of the day, you just come in to do your job
