i think people look at intermittent fasting, specifically longer fast, as a quick fix. But i like the slower, longer approach where we work with people on fixing their nutritional habits and having them eat clean, leaner foods. So if you can get to of the 18 hour mark, uh, for fasting, i usually say that that's pretty good. Most people can do, you know, a six hour eating window every day.
