Diffusing Techniques for OCD
I use a diffusion technique there are many techniques to diffuse thoughts so that you don't try to detach from them and these are called diffusing techniques. Then I would just let the thought be there check my then I would check my anxiety level check where the anxiety exactly is and how it feels before continuing with what I was doing like working out or riding my bike. It sounds really easy and it's but it's not always it wasn't always easier must admit but I'm getting more and more I'm practicing it's like it's like learning how to write a bicycle for me The more you do it the more that the thoughts become less scary and they can stay around as long as they like
