There seems to be an increased incidence of type one presentations the pendemic. Kids with type one diabedes are more sick than they used to be. They're coming in more likely to be cutoacedotic, for reasons that aren't entirely clear. Sometimes people will give themselves an injection of insolente on their way into the e r. So by the time they get to the emergency room, they’re cutoasedotic, but they gave themselves insolent two hours ago and ther blood triger s not so bad.
