The title, you know, unwinding anxiety, is there to help anybody that's had iety just to understand their minds a little bit more and be able to work with it. I would love to see the world wake up and be more kind, more connected. My lab's done research showing that kindness and curiosity are much more rewarding than devisiveness or anxiety. And surprise, its actually more rewarding when we feel like we're all in this together as compared to my tribe versus your tribe.
