Do You Know What the Core Is?
The core to me is everything i would have left if my arms and legs were cut off. A typical session you might see in our program this time of year would be the dynamic warm-up where you're moving different ways. We also love to incorporate that stability ball that sort of blown up inflatable ball so it's like really controlling your midline while moving body parts.
