How to Hit Activity Metrics in a Pandemic Environment
I chose my profession. And I don't want to be yelled out for not hitting activity metrics in that type of environment, right? So it was in 2020 that given everything that happened to the pandemic, I knew that I couldn't be on my authentic self working with farmers in the Mississippi Delta. My first director at granular, Chris Lee, had just moved to deal. He asked me to come over and work with him. And so that's what we did. The first year at 225% of 2021 quota, yeah, it was great. I got back in. But they changed the quota structure. It made my job 75% harder when I went back and calculated it.
