The It Must Be Me Theory
The way the mind is designed makes it very, very difficult to do even the easiest thing consistently. Even when those good things are easy, doesn't necessarily mean you're going to follow through. I think flossing is a perfect example. What's so hard about flossing? We know it's good for your teeth. But when people intend that, they don’t do it. They still don't do it. And it is amazing. It's been amazing to me. How easy something can be to do and we still won't doing it. The 'it must be me theory' just follows from the follow through fairy tale. If in fact, it's logical
